Beware the Cinder

Cinder pulled something out of her bag of tricks.
A simple heart that she once treasured.
Broken dreams.
Cinder took it closer to have a good look at it.
Cracked and frozen in time, refusing to beat.
He with his blow torch,
Marching to the beat.
Thumping crazily to try to make it sweet.
Cinder took some magic and blew it on to him.
Took his heart and dreams and cast it
Into the deep blue sea.
